Mitch Spolan is the Chief Executive Officer at Payorology, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across product strategy, business development, and revenue growth at leading internet technology companies. Known for driving innovation at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy, Mitch has built and scaled organizations, negotiated transformative partnerships, and launched high-impact products across both consumer and B2B markets.

At Payorology, Mitch leads the company’s vision, product strategy, and external partnerships—guiding the organization’s efforts to transform healthcare reimbursement through price transparency and data-driven negotiation.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Florida, and previously served on the Board of Directors for The Advertising Council.

Yael Klein is the Chief Operating Officer at Payorology, where she oversees the company’s operations and leads strategic initiatives that drive customer success, operational excellence, and growth. She brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, partnerships, and business operations, with a strong record of building and optimizing organizational infrastructure and driving measurable business outcomes.

Prior to Payorology, Yael spent a decade at Chegg, where she held multiple leadership roles including General Manager, Chief of Staff, and Senior Director of Business Operations and Partnerships. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles across multiple technology companies, where she advanced strategic initiatives, partnerships, and customer success programs.

Yael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business.
